Questerre reported on the case management hearing held on September 23, 2022
related to its claims against the Government of Quebec.
The purpose of the hearing was solely to appoint a single judge for case
management. It was not to merge or combine the various claims made by license
holders against the government including Questerre's claims. The judge to be
appointed would then manage the files. The Chief Justice of the Superior Court
is expected to confer with her colleagues and return to the parties with a
decision on the appointment.
