Porsgrunn, 18th of October 2023: Recreate ASA ("Recreate" or the "Company") is
pleased
to announce that it has entered into a new lease contract with Asplan Viak AS
for 1,175 sqm in Arkaden, pending final investment approval. The lease contract
will have a duration of 10 years, starting at February 1st 2025.
Arkaden is a 22,119 sqm property in Skien, the city center's largest meeting
point with retail, offices, restaurants and healthcare services.
