Porsgrunn, July 7th 2023: Recreate ASA ("Recreate" or the "Company") is pleased
to announce that it has entered into a new lease contract with Eramet Norway for
1,054 sqm in Powerhouse Telemark, Porsgrunn. The lease contract will have a
duration of 5 years, starting at November 1th 2023. In connection with new lease
contract, Recreate has entered into a termination agreement with Evolve
regarding the 2nd floor in Powerhouse Telemark, the area Eramet Norway will
lease.
Powerhouse Telemark is one of the world's most spectacular and energy-efficient
buildings, designed by internationally renowned Snøhetta. The building was
completed in August 2020.
Eramet Norway is a leading producer of refined manganese alloys for the global
steel industry. The company consists of three smelters located in Porsgrunn,
Sauda and Kvinesdal.
