Porsgrunn, 14 March 2024: Recreate ASA ("Recreate" or the "Company") has tonight
received a notification from Norion Bank AB ("Norion") that it has decided to
enforce its security rights pursuant to the shareholder loans granted by the
Company's majority shareholder, Rising Group AS. As a result, Norion has now
become a creditor of the Company.
Norion also informed certain key individuals of the Company that it has filed a
petition for the bankruptcy of the Company. However, the Company has not yet
received a copy of the petition and will provide further information once it has
received and reviewed its details. The Company will in the meantime continue its
efforts towards reaching an amicable solution with all its stakeholders.
