Malta, 27 October 2021:	

River Tech p.l.c. (the "Company") announces the appointment of Daniela Pulis as
Chief Financial Officer and Shawn Bezzina as Chief Strategy Officer. 

With effect from the 27 October 2021, the Company's current Chief Financial
Officer, Shawn Bezzina, will assume the responsibilities as Chief Strategy
Officer of the Company. This role enables him to focus on the continuous
development of the Company's offering by formulating, facilitating and
communicating the organisation's strategic initiatives and future goals. 

Daniela Pulis shall take up the position as Chief Financial Officer also
effective 27 October 2021. Daniela Pulis currently occupies the position of
Director of Finance within the Company. She is a qualified accountant graduating
from the University of Malta and prior to her current position, she worked as a
manager in the assurance department at PricewaterhouseCoopers, with experience
both in Malta and overseas.

provided have proven invaluable. His support will be even more crucial as he
