Pursuant to the successful business collaboration with Tech4S Limited, the Group
has updated the terms of the SAAS agreement in force with the company and is
pleased to announce an increase of EUR1.2 million yearly in licensing fees
effective 1 February 2022. This update increases the annual revenue generated
through this agreement from EUR4.8 million to EUR6.0 million annually. This is
testament to the Group's efforts to position itself as a leader in technological
development and digital innovation.
