"Group") has published its H1 2022 report.

The Report demonstrates that the Group, while managing costs effectively, has
maintained the momentum built in previous years, continuing to grow and expand,
and exceeding budgeted targets and expected revenue, quarter-on-quarter.

This position allows the Group to pay off all its loans by Q2 2023. The Company
will therefore be debt free in 2023 and, in turn, shall become a dividend-paying
Company.

The Group continues to work towards becoming a leading B2B provider of
high-quality technological services, utilising cutting-edge technologies and
