Notice is given further to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held today
at 12:30 (CEST) on 30 June 2021 at the registered office of River Tech p.l.c.
(the "Company") at Regent House, Office 21, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640,
Malta.
Reference is made to the Company's announcement of 27 May 2021, whereby the
Company announced the holding of the Annual General Meeting for the purpose of
approving the resolutions outlined therein.
All ordinary and extra-ordinary resolutions on the agenda were approved.
A copy of the meeting minutes is being attached to this notice.
