Notice is given further to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held at
12:00 pm (CET) on 18 June 2021 at the registered office of the Company at Regent
House, Office 21, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 51640, Malta.

Reference is made to the announcement of River Tech p.l.c. (the "Company") of 18
May 2021, whereby the Company announced the holding of the Annual General
Meeting for the purpose of approving the resolutions outlined therein.

All ordinary resolutions on the agenda were approved. 

A copy of the meeting minutes is being attached to this notice.
