Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at
12:30 (CEST) on 30 June 2022 at the registered office of the Company at Regent
House, Office 21, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM1640, Malta.

The attached Notice of Meeting provides information on the matters to be
considered in the Annual General Meeting. The notice and the attached documents
are also available at river.tech/investor-relations/ and may also be accessed at
the Company's registered address as indicated above.

The persons eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting are the Shareholders
who are registered in the Company's shareholder register at 17:00 (CEST) on 8
June 2022. Shareholders registered in the VPS must be registered holders in the
VPS at close of business on 6 June 2022.
