River Tech plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Board of
Directors has today resolved to distribute an interim cash dividend in the
amount of NOK 2.50 per share, amounting to NOK 51,380,687.50, equal to
approximately EUR 4,387,012.25.
The decision to issue another interim cash dividend following the publication of
its financial report for H1 2024 represents an important achievement for the
Company, confirming its dedication to rewarding shareholders and increasing
shareholder value. This action confirms a strategic effort to align with
shareholders' interests and maintain the attractiveness of its shares in the
market. This decision also reflects the Company's financial stability and
capacity to generate sustainable returns, which can strengthen shareholder
trust. Looking ahead, the Company will continue to assess its dividend practices
to further its goal of enhancing shareholder value and promoting a positive
market environment for its shares.
The dividends will be paid out of the Company's profits available for
distributions.
