Malta, 11 August 2021:	

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by River Tech
p.l.c. (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on 31
December 2019 and 22 June 2020, respectively, regarding a short-term loan of EUR
1.6M provided by Klein Invest As to secure the Company's short-term liquidity.

The Company is pleased to announce that, following a period of positive
performance and cash-generation, it is in a position to repay all of the
outstanding loan amount and any accrued interest by end August 2021, four months
prior to the balance maturity date. 

The Company is due to publish its H1 report on 26 August 2021, whereby the
positive performance achieved and reported in Q1 2021 was maintained throughout
the period. The Company's improving performance, together with its strong cash
position, will enable the Group to formulate plans and to meet its short to
medium term obligations. Further information will be provided to the market in
