Notice is given further to an Extraordinary General Meeting held at 13:00 (CEST)
on 30 June 2022 at the registered office of River Tech p.l.c. (the "Company") at
Regent House, Office 21, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta.

Reference is made to the Company's announcement of 8 June 2022, whereby the
Company announced the holding of an Extraordinary General Meeting. 

The meeting was represented by shareholders holding in aggregate 15,779,367
shares in the Company, equal to 77.15% of the share capital. The shareholders
represented and voting at the meeting noted the recommendation put forward and
approved the resolution on the agenda.
