Notice is given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders will be
held at 12:00 pm (CET) on 15 October 2021 at the registered office of the
Company at Regent House, Office 21, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta.

Reference is made to the announcement of River Tech p.l.c. (the "Company") of 30
August 2021, whereby the Company announced the holding of an Extraordinary
General Meeting further to an investment by Kahl Limited through private
placement. 

The attached Notice of Meeting provides information on the matters to be
considered in the Extraordinary General Meeting. The notice and the attached
documents are also available at river.tech/investor-area and may also be
accessed at the Company's registered address as indicated above.

The persons eligible to vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting are the
Shareholders who are registered in the Company's shareholder register at 17:00
pm (CET) on 23 September 2021. Shareholders registered in the VPS must be
registered holders in the VPS at close of business on 21 September 2021.
