Malta, 29 August 2024:


Reference is made to the announcement published by River Tech plc (the
"Company") earlier today whereby the Company informed the market that the Board
of Directors has resolved to distribute an interim cash dividend in the amount
of NOK 2.50 per share, amounting to NOK 51,380,687.50, equal to approximately
EUR 4,387,012.25, following the publication of its financial report for H1 2024.
The resolution has been resolved by the Board of Directors pursuant to the
Company's Articles of Association.  

The relevant dates pertaining to the interim dividend distribution are
reproduced below:

Dividend amount: NOK 2.50 per share, equivalent to approximately EUR 0.21346 per
share
Announced currency: NOK*
Last day including right: 30 August 2024 
Ex-date: 02 September 2024 
Record Date: 03 September 2024 
Payment date: On or about 12 September 2024 
Date of approval: 29 August 2024   

*The EUR equivalent has been based on the EUR/NOK exchange rate of 11.712 as of
28 August 2024.

The dividends will be paid out of the Company's profits available for
distributions.
