Malta, 09 April 2024:


Reference is made to the announcement published by River Tech plc (the
"Company") earlier today whereby the Company informed the market that the Board
of Directors has resolved to distribute an interim cash dividend in the amount
of NOK 2.50 per share, amounting to approximately NOK 51,380,687.50, equal to
approximately EUR 4,433,000.09. The resolution has been resolved by the Board of
Directors pursuant to the Company's Articles of Association.  

The relevant dates pertaining to the interim dividend distribution are
reproduced below:

Dividend amount: NOK 2.50 per share, equivalent to approximately EUR 0.21569 per
share
Announced currency: NOK*
Last day including right: 10 April 2024 
Ex-date: 11 April 2024 
Record Date: 12 April 2024 
Payment date: On or about 23 April 2024 
Date of approval: 09 April 2024   

*The EUR equivalent has been based on the EUR/NOK exchange rate of 11.5905 as of
08 April 2024.

The dividends will be paid out of the Company's profits available for
distributions.
