Hanekamb Invest AS, a company controlled by Martin Nes, Chairman of SD Standard
Drilling Plc and primary insider, has on 19 October 2020 purchased 521 970
shares at NOK 0.65 per share.

After the transaction, Martin Nes and associated companies have a holding of
8,844,864 shares in S.D. Standard Drilling Plc, corresponding to 1,54% of the
outstanding shares in SD Standard Drilling Plc.
