Bergen, 6 November 2025: Scana ASA delivered a solid quarter, with EBITDA of NOK
38 million and order intake of NOK 453 million. The positive development
continued into the third quarter, and the targeted measures implemented earlier
this year deliver improved operating results and efficiency.
 
Q3 2025 Financial Highlights

o	Revenue NOK 383 million
o	EBITDA NOK 38 million
o	EBITDA margin 10 %
o	Order intake NOK 453 million
o	Order backlog NOK 1246 million

High activity level during the maintenance shutdown at Equinor's Mongstad
refinery, where companies in the Offshore division delivered extensive
prefabrication and maintenance work, contributed to solid performance in the
quarter. Divisional revenue and margins improved, driven by efficiency measures
and stable project execution.

The order backlog in the Energy division was further strengthened following a
record high level in the previous quarter. Revenue in the period remained low,
resulting in negative margins, but the solid backlog provides a strong
foundation for improved performance in the coming quarters.
