On July 31, 2025, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiary Nordnet
Livsforsikring AS, net bought 7,329,964 shares in Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda Ltd
(ISIN BMG7947V2045). After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its
subsidiaries, holds a total of 28,808,554 shares in the company on a
consolidated basis, representing 5.24% of the outstanding shares and votes in
the company.
The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:
Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 0,038%
Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 5,200%
Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
