Reference is made to the announcement by Subsea 7 S.A. (the "Company" or
"Subsea7") on 2 March 2023 regarding the acquisition of 187,889,551 shares in
Seaway 7 ASA by Subsea7.
Subsea7 is a close associate of Kristian Siem, Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Subsea 7 S.A. and primary insider in Seaway 7 ASA.
