(Oslo, 20 November 2023) Reference is made to stock exchange announcements from
Self Storage Group ASA (the Company") issued on 9 November 2023, where the
Company announced that the condition in the recommended voluntary offer from T-C
Storage Holdco AB on minimum acceptance had been met, and that settlement of the
offer is scheduled to be made as soon as reasonably possible, and not later than
7 December 2023. As a result of the above, the Company has decided to cancel its
financial reporting for Q3 2023 scheduled for 30 November 2023.
In the absence of Q3 2023, the Company has decided to provide the following
unaudited figures for Q3 2023:
