Selvaag Bolig ASA: Q3 2026: Sold 680 homes for NOK 5 billion year to date

Year to date, Selvaag Bolig has sold 680 homes for NOK 4,989 million gross.
The sales value for the first nine months exceeds the company's previous
full-year sales value record. In the third quarter, the company sold 112 homes
for NOK 774 million gross.

Net sales year to date, meaning sales adjusted for Selvaag Bolig's share in
joint ventures, amounted to 625 homes with a total sales value of NOK 4,531
million. Net sales in the third quarter were 95 homes for a total of NOK 643
million.

In Sweden, construction of the first phase of Terrasskvarteret Pluss in
Stockholm started during the quarter. Terrasskvarteret Pluss is being
developed as part of Selvaag Bolig's Pluss concept, where buyers get their own
home combined with access to shared facilities, hosts and services designed to
support community and make everyday life easier. The construction start marks
an important milestone for the company's business in Sweden, where Selvaag
Bolig in recent years has established its own organisation and project
portfolio in the Stockholm region. Following the conversion of booking
agreements into binding purchase agreements, more than 65 per cent of the
project's sales value has been sold.

"We are pleased with sales year to date, particularly against the backdrop of
a still cautious new-build housing market. Sales in Stockholm have made an
important contribution and account for around one fifth of the gross sales
value in the first nine months. The construction start for Terrasskvarteret
Pluss in Stockholm is also an important step in the development of our Swedish
business," says CEO Sverre Molvik.

"We have around 600 homes for sale and plan new sales launches in line with
demand. Solid sales year to date have enabled us to maintain more than 1,000
homes under construction. The market for new homes is still affected by
uncertainty, but demand for our projects and housing concepts has been good,"
says Molvik.

During the third quarter, Selvaag Bolig started construction of 119 homes. A
total of 226 homes were completed, and 186 homes were delivered to buyers, all
from consolidated project companies. Year to date, the company has started
construction of 575 homes, completed 468 homes and delivered 397 homes to
buyers.

At the end of the third quarter, Selvaag Bolig had 1,019 homes under
construction and 93 completed homes that remained unsold. In addition, the
company had 44 completed homes that had been sold but not yet delivered to
buyers. At the end of the third quarter of 2025, the company had 1,051 homes
under construction, 38 completed homes that remained unsold and 28 completed
homes that had been sold but not yet delivered to buyers.

By comparison, Selvaag Bolig sold 93 homes gross for NOK 674 million in the
third quarter of 2025. Net sales amounted to 85 homes for NOK 600 million. In
the first nine months of 2025, Selvaag Bolig sold 406 homes gross for NOK
2,689 million. Net sales amounted to 360 homes for NOK 2,328 million.

 
Units sold comprise sales contracts entered into with customers pursuant to
the Norwegian Housing Construction Act and the Swedish Tenant-Owners'
Associations Act, as well as booking agreements in Sweden.
Booking agreements are used in Sweden for the sale of new tenant-owned
apartments (BRF), where the buyer pays a booking fee to secure priority for a
home. The booking agreement is not binding, and if the buyer withdraws, part
of the booking fee will be refunded. The booking agreement is converted into a
binding purchase agreement ahead of construction start.
