SHELF DRILLING NORTH SEA NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Dubai, August 7, 2023 - Shelf Drilling (North Sea), Ltd. ("Shelf Drilling North
Sea" or "SDNS", Euronext Growth Oslo: SDNS) announces that its 2023 Annual
General Meeting will be held on September 7, 2023. The Notice of Annual General
Meeting and Form of Proxy will be distributed to shareholders by normal
distribution methods and are attached to this announcement.
