SHELF DRILLING Q1 2024 EARNINGS RELEASE INFORMATION

Dubai, May 07, 2024 - Shelf Drilling, Ltd. ("Shelf Drilling", OSE: SHLF) and
Shelf Drilling (North Sea), Ltd. ("Shelf Drilling North Sea", Euronext Growth
Oslo Exchange: SDNS) will report earnings for the first quarter of 2024 on
Wednesday, May 15, 2024, after the market closes in Oslo. 

An audio conference call will be held to discuss the results. 
o Date: Thursday, May 16, 2024
o Time: 18:00 Gulf Standard Time (GST), 16:00 Central European Summer Time
(CET), 15:00 British Summer Time (BST), 10:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

A corresponding slide presentation will be posted on the Shelf Drilling website
before the call. The conference call will be recorded and posted onto the
company website within three working days of the conference call.
