SHELF DRILLING, LTD. - Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders

Dubai, November 26, 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published yesterday by Shelf Drilling, Ltd. (the "Company") regarding the
completion of the Merger (as defined in the referred stock exchange
announcement).

Following completion of the Merger, all shareholders of the Company except ADES
International Holding, Ltd. have ceased to have any rights to shares in the
Company. Therefore, certain primary insiders of the Company have today ceased to
have any rights to shares in the Company. 

Further, all outstanding share options and restricted stock units in the Company
have been settled as a result of the Merger.
