Dubai, May 27, 2025 - The Annual General Meeting of Shelf Drilling, Ltd. ("Shelf
Drilling" or the "Company", OSE: SHLF) will be held on 18 June 2025 at the
offices of Conyers Dill & Pearman, SIX, 2nd Floor, Cricket Square, 171 Elgin
Ave, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands at 8:00 a.m. (Cayman Islands
time). 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting together with a Form of Proxy are attached
hereto and made available on the Company's website at www.shelfdrilling.com.
