SHELF DRILLING Q2 2022 EARNINGS RELEASE INFORMATION

Dubai, August 5, 2022 - Shelf Drilling, Ltd. ("Shelf Drilling", OSE: SHLF) will
report earnings for the second quarter of 2022 on Thursday, August 11, 2022.
