SHELF DRILLING SECURES CONTRACT EXTENSION ON RIG 141 IN EGYPT
Dubai, July 28, 2025 - Shelf Drilling, Ltd. ("Shelf Drilling" or the "Company",
OSE: SHLF) announced today that it has secured a one-year extension for the Rig
141 in direct continuation of its current contract for operations in the Gulf of
Suez, offshore Egypt. The total estimated value for the additional one-year firm
term is approximately USD 23 million. Following this extension, the expected
availability of the rig is February 2027.
