Oslo, 6 October 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
Sikri Holding ASA (the "Company") on 14 September 2022 regarding the issuance of
58,582 new shares to the sellers of Augment AS at a share price of NOK 0,02 per
share.
The share capital increase pertaining to the share issuance has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's
new registered share capital is NOK 2,314,197.50, divided on 115,709,875 shares,
each carrying one vote at the Company's general meeting and each with a nominal
value of NOK 0.02.
The new shares are issued on a separate ISIN and will not be tradable on Oslo
Børs until a listing prospectus has been approved by the Financial Supervisory
Authority of Norway and published by the Company, expected to be by end of
October 2022.
