(Oslo, 02 July 2021) Skitude Holding AS (Skitude, OSE:SKI) today announces the
award of options to employees at subsidiary Catalate Commerce Inc (Catalate).

Reference is made to the authorizations provided by the Annual General Meeting
of Skitude regarding award of options. Under the authorization, Skitude has
awarded 379.500 options to 20 employees at subsidiary Catalate. In addition,
Managing Director Evan Rice and Chief Financial Officer Financial Matt Cohen in
Catalate has recently been awarded 600.000 and 500.000 options respectively.

The options have a strike price of NOK 6.7. Re further details in the
announcement about the option program made March 5th 2021.
