(Oslo, 26 October 2021) Skitude Holding AS (Skitude Group, OSE:SKI) today
releases KPIs for its B2B segment as per September 2021.

Skitude will host several investor and analyst meetings in the coming days and
weeks. In connection with such meetings, the company will present a new set of
KPIs that it believes will offer increased visibility into the company's
development and performance.

For the time being, the KPIs relate to the B2B segment which currently accounts
for the majority of the company's consolidated revenues. However, the company
will seek to present KPIs for the B2C segment in due course as this segment
matures. The company intends to include these KPIs in the quarterly financial
reporting going forward.

The new set of KPIs for the B2B segment is enclosed.

enthusiasts. Unlike other markets such as tourism, accommodation, restaurants,
touring etc., this market is still mostly analogue. The international group of
companies within the Skitude group has developed a platform on which all of this
can be achieved. As such it provides a meeting place between skiers and ski
resorts. The company's long-term vision is to create a one-stop-shop that offers
all services related to mountain activities.
