11 June 2024: SmartCraft ASA, the leading Nordic provider of mission-critical
SaaS solutions to small and mid-sized companies in the construction sector, has
been selected to join the Euronext Tech Leaders, a segment composed of more than
120 high-growth and leading technology companies across Europe.
"With our easy-to-use best of breed software solutions, we ease business and
help to improve profitability of thousands of construction companies in the
Nordics every day. We are really proud to be included in the Euronext Tech
Leaders. Being part of this exclusive group of successful European companies is

Q1 2024 our ARR has grown by 27 percent per year (CAGR), while our adjusted
EBITDA margin has improved from 36 to 41 percent," said CEO of SmartCraft Gustav

The ambition for the Euronext Tech Leaders is to bring together investors,
advisors, and successful Tech companies to provide listed Tech companies with
enhanced visibility among Euronext's large international investor base. Among
other things, the initiative includes the Euronext Tech Leaders index
encompassing all member companies of the Euronext Tech Leaders segment.
