announcement published by Soft-Ox Solutions AS (the "Company") today regarding
the Subsequent Offering.
The following subscription rights in the Company have been allocated to primary
insiders / closely associates of the Company:

offer share in the Subsequent Offering at a subscription price of NOK 0.2 per
share.
