Holding AG, has carried out the following transactions in call options in
SoftwareOne Holding AG:
- Call option: Expiry: June 18, 2027, Strike: CHF 10.00, Contract size: 100,
Quantity 900, price CHF 1,75
- Call option: Expiry: June 18, 2027, Strike: CHF 10.00, Contract size: 100,
Quantity:100, price CHF 1.45
Total call option contracts acquired: 1,000 contracts, representing 100,000
underlying shares in SoftwareOne Holding AG. Aggregate transaction value amounts
to CHF 172,544.
The transactions represent the purchase of call options which grant the holder
the right, but not the obligation, to purchase shares in SoftwareOne Holding AG
at the specified strike prices until the expiry date.
