Sandnes, Norway, 29. May 2026

On May 28, 2026, Eirik Flatebø, board member of Soiltech ASA exercised 75,000
share option at strike price NOK 45 and has transferred the right to the shares
to his wholly owned company Pima AS. Following this exercise Mr Flatebø has 0
remaining share options. See the attached forms.

The Company will send a new notification when the share capital increase has
been registered in the Registry of Business Enterprises.
