STECH: Exercise of share options

Soiltech ASA (OSE: STECH)
Sandnes, Norway, 31 August 2026

On 28 August 2026, in connection with the Company's long-term incentive
programme, a total of 20,000 share options were exercised by two option holders
as follows:

 * 5,000 share options at an exercise price of NOK 52.80 per share; and
 * 15,000 share options at an exercise price of NOK 65.00 per share.

The Company will issue a separate announcement when the resulting share capital
increase has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises.
