On August 26 2026, Pharos Invest I, a company associated with Eirik Flatebø,
Board member and primary insider of Soiltech ASA, purchased 5,000 shares at an
average price of NOK 80 per share in Soiltech ASA. After the purchase Pharos
Invest I holds 50 898 shares in Soiltech ASA.
