(Oslo, 3 January 2022) Solon Eiendom has sold a total of 728 units with a total
sales value of 4 167 million in 2021, which is by far an all-time high for the
company, compared to 513 units with a total sales value of NOK 3 057 million in
2020.

"We are extremely satisfied with sales in 2021. We have seen an increase in
sales value of more than NOK 1 billion from last year. Sales for 2020 were
somewhat driven by the acquisition of Solon Sørvest, with several existing
projects for sale and under construction. This year the vast majority of sales
are generated from new Solon-projects, which have been very well received by
customers." says CEO Andreas Martinussen.

Solon Eiendom sold 194 units with a total sales value of NOK 876 million in the
fourth quarter of 2021, compared to 239 units and NOK 1 314 million in sales
value for the fourth quarter of 2020. 

During the fourth quarter, Solon Eiendom completed construction of 268 units and
delivered 264 to the buyers. Due to the settlement structure of the acquisition
of Solon Sørvest in 2020, 117 of the delivered units are not expected to
generate significant income for the company. These units are for the fourth
quarter mainly delivered from the second stage of the Bystranda Blå project in
Kristiansand.

For 2021, 730 units were completed, and 743 units delivered to the buyers.

Units sold adjusted for Solon Eiendom's share of joint ventures amounted to 108
units with a total sales value of NOK 532 million in the quarter, compared to
193 units and NOK 1 103 million for the fourth quarter of 2020.

For 2021 units sold adjusted for Solon Eiendom's share of joint ventures
amounted to 542 units with a total sales value of NOK 3 221 million, compared to
418 units and NOK 2 548 million in sales value for 2020.

Units sold referred to above are sales contracts with customers pursuant to the
Norwegian Housing Construction Act and are expected to generate sales revenue
for the company upon delivery to the customer.
