SOLON: DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING

Dukat AS and Skøien AS, companies controlled by Tore Aksel Voldberg, have today
entered into an agreement to sell a total of 12,551,061 shares in Solon Eiendom
ASA, of which 2,835,603 shares are sold by Dukat AS and 9,715,458 shares are
sold by Skøien AS. Following the completion of this transaction, neither Tore
Aksel Voldberg, Dukat AS or Skøien AS will hold any shares in Solon Eiendom ASA.
This announcement is subject to the notification requirement set out in the
Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section 4-2.
