Reference is made to previous announcement by Solon Eiendom ASA (OSE: SOLON)
(the “Company”) in respect of the successful placing of a private placement (the
“Private Placement”) of 9,114,361 new shares (“New Shares”) in the Company, as
published on 20 May 2019. The Private Placement is divided into two tranches.
One tranche is consisting of 6,076,241 New Shares (“Tranche 1”) and a second
tranche of 3,038,120 New Shares (“Tranche 2”). Reference is further made to the
announcement by the Company dated 22 May 2019 regarding the notice convening an
extraordinary general meeting (the “EGM”) in respect of Tranche 2.

The EGM was held today, and all the items on the agenda were approved, including
approval of Tranche 2 of the Private Placement. As a result, all conditions for
completion of Tranche 2 in the Private Placement have been satisfied. The
minutes from the EGM are attached, in Norwegian and English.

Settlement of the allocated New Shares in Tranche 2 is expected to take place on
or about 14 June 2019. The New Shares allocated in Tranche 2 will be registered
under a separate ISIN pending approval of a listing prospectus by the Financial
Supervisory Authority of Norway, and will not be listed or tradable on Oslo Børs
until the listing prospectus has been approved, expected during June 2019.

with the Private Placement
