SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge: Acquisition of own Equity Certificates for employees

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has today acquired its own equity certificates (ticker:
NONG) for employees participating in share savings programme.

The equity certificates were purchased on Oslo Børs at a price of NOK 171,3797
and will be allocated to employees at the same price.

The transaction includes allocations of NONG to the following persons with
managerial responsibilities in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge:

Bjørn Bardal (52 NONG), Trude Glad (53 NONG), Leif Gunnar Kristiansen (52 NONG),
Hanne Karoline Kræmer (52 NONG), Stein Vidar Loftås (52 NONG), May Britt Nilsen
(52 NONG), Bengt Olsen (52 NONG) og Cecilie Wirkola (53 NONG).
