buy-back programme: 20 August 2024 - 17 August 2024

From 27 August 2024 to, and including 30 August 2024 Sparebanken Møre has
purchased a total of 11,500 own Equity Certificates (EC) at an average price of
NOK 84.2791 per EC. Sparebanken Møre owns a total of 139,674 own ECs,
corresponding to 0.28% of total EC capital.

carried out during the abovementioned time periode is attached.
