Sparebanken Møre has today made a tap-issue of NOK 250mio in Bond ISIN NO
0013697334 (Senior Non-Preferred).  The tap-issue was priced at 3mos NIBOR +
81bp with settlement 22 December 2025.

Previous issued: NOK 500mio
Tap issue: NOK 250mio
New outstanding volume: NOK 750mio
