Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 26 August 2025 regarding an
equity certificate buy-back program for Sparebanken Norge.

In the period 26 August 2025 to 28 August 2025 Sparebanken Norge has purchased
120,000 equity capital certificates at an average price of 170.1241. Following
this transaction Sparebanken Norge holds 493,612 equity capital own equity
capital certificates.
