Reference  is made to  the stock exchange  notice dated 27 August 2018 regarding
the  exercise  of  options  and  mandatory  notification  of trades on behalf of
certain primary insider in Spectrum ASA ("SPU" or the "Company").

Ian Setterfield exercised 59,000 options at a price of NOK 30.16 per option, not
NOK 29.75 per option as stated in the notification referred to above.
