Oslo, 1 February 2024: Cecilie M. Brænd Hekneby has as of today started in the
position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Spir Group ASA. The appointment was
announced on 15 December 2023.
 
Hekneby joins Spir Group from the position as CFO at Self Storage Group, a
position she has held for seven years. Before this, Hekneby was Finance Manager
in Selvaag Self-Storage, Group Controller in Color Line and Project Manager and
Financial Controller in Posten Norge.

"I have followed Spir Group from the outside for a while, and I'm eager to get
started at the company. Spir Group has unique position in attractive niches in
Norway and Sweden and has a huge potential. With the company's mission critical
software solutions for the public sector, real estate and property industries,
Spir Group plays an important role in society," said Hekneby.

Hekneby is Siviløkonom from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business
Administration (NHH).

a strong track record through many years as CFO of a successful publicly listed
growth company and brings valuable competence to Spir Group. Hekneby will play
an instrumental role in the execution of our growth strategy going forward,"

On 18 December 2023, Spir Group announced that Cecilie M. Brænd Hekneby in
connection with her employment as new CFO has agreed to purchase shares in the
