Oslo, 15 December 2023: Cecilie M. Brænd Hekneby has been appointed the role as
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Spir Group, effective 1 April 2024, or
according to further agreement.

Hekneby joins Spir Group from the position as CFO at Self Storage Group, a
position she has held for seven years. Before this, Hekneby was Finance Manager
in Selvaag Self-Storage, Group Controller in Color Line and Project Manager and
Financial Controller in Posten Norge.

record through many years as CFO of a successful publicly listed growth company,
she brings valuable competence to Spir Group. She will play an instrumental role

Hekneby holds a Master's degree from Norwegian School of Economics and Business
Administration (NHH).

Hekneby will succeed Camilla Aardal, who will be transitioning out of her
position, as announced 28 September 2023. Line Cecilie Stenseth, Group Finance
Manager, will act as Interim CFO until Hekneby enters her position.
