Oslo, 18 December 2024: Spir Group ASA's (the "Company") Chief financial
officer, Cecilie Brænd Hekneby, has informed the CEO and board of directors of
Spir Group that she has decided to resign from her position as CFO in order to
pursue opportunities outside of the Company. Mrs Hekneby will remain in her
current role until 30 June 2025 and continue to support the Company throughout
the notice period. Spir Group would like to thank Mrs Hekneby for her commitment
and valuable contribution to the Company and wish her the best of luck in her
new endeavours. The search for a successor will be initiated immediately.
