Oslo, 10 January 2025: Reference is made to Spir Group ASA's (the "Company")
announcement earlier today regarding the resolution to issue up to 88,589 shares
in in order to facilitate the settlement of 88,589 restrictive stock units
("RSUs") under the Company's RSU program.

The following primary insiders have exercised RSUs under their respective RSUs
agreements and thereby subscribed for new shares in the Company: 

-	Anny Bratterud, Group Director HR, has exercised 11,663 RSUs and subscribed
for 11,663 shares at price of NOK 0.02 under the RSU program.

-	Arild Elverum, CEO of Ambita AS, has exercised 11,663 RSUs and subscribed for
11,663 shares at price of NOK 0.02 under the RSU program,

-	Erling Olaussen, Chief of Strategy and M&A of the Company, has exercised
11,663 RSUs and subscribed for 11,663 shares at price of NOK 0.02 under the RSU
program.

-	Hege Moe Tveit, CEO of Sikri AS, has exercised 11,663 RSUs and subscribed for
11,663 shares at price of NOK 0.02 under the RSU program
