Reference is made to the announcement by StandardCoin AS (under liquidation)(the
Company) on 6 November 2025 that the Company's board of directors has in
accordance with the Norwegian Private Limited Liability Companies Act section
16-9 resolved to distribute a liquidation dividend to its shareholders in the
amount of NOK 21.33 per share, in total NOK 71,642,010.
The shares of the Company will be traded exclusive of the right to receive
liquidation dividend as of today, as described below.
